For me, it was my first time fasting, and I truly loved the guidance Mel provided. It never felt overwhelming — everything was clear, grounded, and well structured, which made me feel safe and supported throughout the process.

I participated already in 2025 in this wonderful ritual. As a self employed I usually drown in life’s chaos and have a really hard time with feeling connected.
I thought I was used to hunger because I fast during Ramadan for years, but this waterfast really softened me. It made me more sensitive and aware of food and reminded me of this blessing.

I feel very good, I would love to carry on, but I am also really looking forward to eating, enjoying things mindfully, preparing food... I'm still glad I was able to do it for 3 days. I think it would have been easier if I wasn't working at the same time. I definitely want to do it again before my birthday in 3weeks. I feel much now than before the fast. I had some gut pain before starting but now it's all gone. I've always loved to fast but never went beyond 24hrs. I really loved it this time 😊
